El Paso Council of Learning Disabilities Association of Texas is a

interested persons who work together in assisting persons with learning
disabilities and their families in the El Paso area. El Paso LDAT is
affiliated with LDAT of Texas and LDAT of America. It is governed by a
Board of Directors and is assisted by a committee of community
professionals. Funding is received from foundations and a charity bingo
operation conducted at Bingo Plus, 6369 Montana. Annual dues are
$25.00 Please email LDAT if you are interested in becoming a member.
El Paso LDAT encourages and supports ongoing research and studies
which aim to identify ways and methods of alleviating, remediation and
coping with the "invisible" disorders known as learning disabilities. We
do not endorse any particular method, practice or product. Rather, El
Paso LDAT seeks to disseminate the broadcast scope of information in
order to increase public awareness and response. The aims of our
advocacy and training objectives are to empower parents and persons
with learning disabilities in becoming more knowledgeable and
confident in the plan of action they seek to fulfill. We welcome the
community's assistance in fulfilling these ongoing goals.
